چکیده

Context. The spectral energy distribution (SED) in the millimetre to centimetre range is an extremely useful tool for characterising dust protostellar envelopes as well free-free emission from protostar and outflow. Actually, evolutionary status of solar-type protostars often based on their SED near-infrared range. In addition, presence or absence can be considered indicator source stage (Class 0/I versus Class II/III). While many studies have been carried out towards low- high-mass protostars, little exists so far about star-forming regions, which are likely representatives conditions where Solar System was born. Aims. this work, we focus embedded Orion Molecular Cloud (OMC) 2 3 filaments, bounded by nearby HII regions are, therefore, potentially affected high-UV illumination OB stars. We use various parameters understand whether small-scale structure (≤1000 au) these case large-scale (≤10 4 gas chemical composition. Prototype Selection and Prototype Generation are two lively research fields. As time goes by, new methods are developed following the basic guidelines that any Prototype Reduction algorithm should accomplish. These new methods often offer to the comunity different viewpoints to the problem, as well as better and more efficient approaches. This technical report provides a survey of the newest Pr...

A Uniform CO Survey of the Molecular Clouds in Orion

We report the results of a new large scale survey of the Orion-Monoceros complex of molecular clouds made in the J = 1 → 0 line of 12 CO with the Harvard-Smithsonian 1.2 m millimetre-wave telescope. The survey consists of 52 288 uniformly spaced spectra that cover an area of 432 deg 2 on the sky and represent the most sensitive large-scale survey of the region to date. Distances to the constitu...

A deep survey of brown dwarfs in Orion with Gemini

We report the results of a deep near infrared (JHK) survey of the outer parts of the Trapezium Cluster with Gemini South/Flamingos. 396 sources were detected in a 26 arcmin area, including 138 brown dwarf candidates, defined as M< 0.075M⊙ for an assumed age of 1 Myr. Only 33 of the brown dwarf candidates are planetary mass candidates (PMCs) with estimated masses in the range 0.003 <M< 0.012M⊙. ...

ALMA Memo #484 A New Configuration for the ALMA Laser Synthesizer

This report describes the results of a test of a new configuration of laser synthesizer for ALMA. The ALMA laser synthesizer is the source of the 1 LO photonic reference, in which a two-wavelength optical beatnote is transmitted by optical fiber from the ALMA AOS technical building to each of the array antennas. It is then used at the antenna as the reference for the first local oscillator, aft...
